Title Deeds Cyprus Property
The ministry of the Interior has announced that Title deeds can be issued for those refuges living on Turkish Cypriot Land. Some negotiations are taking place between all related parties, including the Turkish Cypriot parties who prior to 1974 lived in the now disputed homes. This could lead to mortgages also being issued against those properties in question. If of course all parties can agree then this would alleviate the need for court room intervention as has happened in prior cases.
